Shipping & Returns


We make every attempt to ship your order the same day when it is placed by 4 pm CST, Monday - Friday. The cutoff for same day shipping on Express orders is 12pm CST, Monday - Friday.

Express orders received after 12pm CST will ship the next day. Some specific products may take longer to ship which will be indicated in your cart. We only ship orders to addresses within the U.S. Please allow additional time for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote addresses.

Postal Shipping

Postal shipping is a low flat rate of $9.95. (Firearms are an additional $15.00 added to invoice at shipment time) Expect 3-10 days for delivery. This option ships with USPS final delivery and must be shipped to a valid Postal Address (unavailable for addresses in Alaska and Hawaii).

ORM-D, aerosol, and other hazardous products that have carrier restrictions will be shipped best available carrier

A Bulk Fee may be charged on oversize or heavy items. This fee will be charged per item and will be reflected in the cart at checkout. Some restrictions may apply. Not valid on shipments to Alaska or Hawaii.

Heavy/Bulky/Large Quantity Orders Orders having large quantities and/or oversized items may require special shipping. Orders weighing more than 300 lbs may require freight shipping. No expedited delivery. It will be shipped by commercial carrier, curbside. Unloading is the customer's responsibility, including off the back of the truck in some instances. We may contact you with any additional charges if necessary.


If during the processing of an order an item becomes not available for any reason you will be notified of the expected date of availability. You will have the choice to cancel, await availability or substitute another item of similar cost.

We are sorry but at this time we ship only to 48 states and no shipments outside of the U.S.A.


NOTICE Firearms and ammunition and select other items are not eligible for returns

To make a return, please take the following steps: BEFORE returning any products, please contact customer support at first to receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and prominently write it on the outside of the package. Packages will not be accepted without an RMA. Include a note with your name, shipping address, phone number and email, RMA number, and reason for the return Do not send ammunition. Wrap the item with quality padding and place in the original packaging or in an appropriate box for shipping. Shipping information will be provided with your RMA. If using the original packaging, remove or cover the original shipping label. Tape the preprinted return shipping label to the outside of the box. Drop package at an official or authorized UPS drop off location. All refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase or, if the product was purchased elsewhere, store credit will be issued. You should allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
